I am learning to live with Fibro. The fatigue has improved but only because I know how to manage it. If I have to do something (like an appointment) I have to lie down and rest before the event and I have to alot time to rest after the event. I am no longer pushing through it to get it done. Some days I have energy and some days I don’t. I've learned how important it is to listen to my body. My recovery plan includes a cocktail of medication, the gel, vitamins, meditation, exercise, yoga, acupuncture, massage, physio, biofeedback therapy, intermittent fasting, Keto diet and rest. That is just helping me get through the day. Sometimes I still hurt so much I can not stand up to cook my family dinner. It really has been a holistic approach to Wellness. I'll get back on track! I just need to be gentle with myself.
