Box breathing is a breathing technique practice by Navy Seals in their training to help them deal more capably with highly stressful events. Check out Abi in the above video using the 5x5x5x5 technique.

HOW DO I MEDITATE?
Where do I start?
You don't need a fancy cushion, sound bowls, incense or chanting monks. All you need is you and your breath.
Start by setting a timer for 3-5 min and just focus on your breath. Try the box breathing technique from the above video.
Thoughts will come, let them, notice them and then let them go. I will go more in depth with meditation techniques in the coming posts.
Consistency is key. The more you practice the more benefits you will be able to receive.
